Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BD33 platform, including the website at bd33.casino, the BD33 mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account or using any part of the BD33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

BD33 is operated as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the BD33 app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the BD33 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a BD33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BD33 employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended BD33 account unless BD33 has explicitly reinstated your access in writing.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

BD33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one BD33 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — are not permitted. BD33 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found, with funds subject to review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BD33 account credentials. This includes choosing a strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone. BD33 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BD33 support immediately.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• BD33 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits

BD33 accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no fees charged by BD33 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum deposit amount at BD33 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though BD33 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.

• Deposits are credited to your BD33 account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact BD33 support with your transaction reference.
• BD33 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• BD33 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at BD33 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. BD33 does not charge withdrawal fees under standard conditions.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM BDT, and the following business day for requests submitted after that time.

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• BD33 may request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• BD33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending account verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BD33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the BD33 promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All bonuses at BD33 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• BD33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• BD33 may void bonuses and related winnings if abuse or exploitation of bonus terms is detected.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed at BD33 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the BD33 platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

BD33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other error on the platform. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. BD33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player continuing to bet after becoming aware of an error.

• Bets are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• BD33 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual accounts or markets.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, BD33's decision is final.
• BD33 may void winnings from bets placed using exploited odds or pricing errors.

8 Fair Play

BD33 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino games on the BD33 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BD33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would affect the outcome.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with BD33's platform software.
• Any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

BD33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Behaviour that BD33 considers abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or staff.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or coordinated account activity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BD33 support. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, BD33 will process the closure immediately and apply any self-exclusion measures you request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BD33 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10 Privacy and Data

BD33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BD33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. All data sharing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

BD33 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

BD33 may apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account without player request if the platform's monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour that suggest a player may be at risk. These restrictions are applied in the player's interest and are not punitive.

• Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly and take effect immediately.
• Deposit limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.
• During self-exclusion, BD33 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

12 Limitation of Liability

BD33 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While BD33 makes every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, BD33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside BD33's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BD33's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. BD33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• BD33 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to follow these Terms.
• BD33 is not liable for losses arising from a player's internet connection or device issues.
• BD33 is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays or errors.

13 Changes to These Terms

BD33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, BD33 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the BD33 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Contact and Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding your BD33 account, please contact the BD33 support team in the first instance. BD33 aims to resolve all player queries and disputes within 48 hours.
